The staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was efficient. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean. Windows opened in both bathroom and bedroom. The AC worked well. Close to Catacombs and restaurants. Easy to get Ubers and walk to conveniences, markets, and bakeries. Highly recommend for location and staff.

It was enjoyable base for travelling to Paris, I was glad to stay there. Walking distance to shops and a bakery across the street. What's more, a contemporary Arts gallery was situated just 1 km away. I liked the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the train station and metro stations. The staff at the front desk were really good, always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with meticulous cleaning and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, with individual heating units in the rooms for custom temperature control. The proximity to the train station was a bonus for early morning departures.

The staff was helpful, competent and friendly. The manager went out of their way to rectify an issue. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The location was fantastic - safe, clean, with nearby amenities and close to metro stations.
